Pneus Maroc

A custom tire inventory system for managing products, stock movements, and team access across a local company network.

My role

  • Workflow design
  • Interface design
  • Application development
  • Access control
  • Local network setup

Made for

Staff and administrators responsible for tire inventory inside the company.

The project

Pneus Maroc Stock is a custom internal application for a tire company. It combines searchable inventory, controlled stock operations, and a traceable movement history in an interface accessible from devices on the local network.

Design / Colour system

Clear information. A measured palette.

Deep blues establish the interface hierarchy. Lighter blue and neutral surfaces separate working areas, keeping tire references, quantities and actions easy to distinguish.

The starting point

The right tire. The right quantity. One shared system.

I designed and developed the complete inventory application, from the stock workflow and interface to user permissions and local-network access. Tire references, available quantities, and movement history share one working environment.

01 / The need

Distinguish the tire, the quantity, and the authorised action.

Similar tire references need to remain distinguishable by their specifications. Staff need to find a product, understand its available stock, and record changes while role permissions control access to sensitive operations.

02 / Design decisions

Keep the product and its stock history connected.

Search, filters, and specifications organise access to the inventory. Product details keep quantities and available actions close together, while the movement history retains context for stock changes.

A local server makes the shared interface available across the company network. Role-based access separates staff tasks from administration, and backup tools cover the database and uploaded files.

03 / The build

A complete application for daily tire-stock work.

I built the inventory interface, product records, controlled stock operations, movement history, user access, and maintenance tools. Company devices access the same application through a browser connected to the local server.

04 / Delivered

One shared inventory with traceable changes.

The application brings product information, quantities, and stock history into a shared local system. Staff can work through controlled actions, and administrators have dedicated access and maintenance functions. The local deployment does not require an internet connection for company-network access.

01

Find the right reference

Browse tire products and narrow the inventory through search, filters, and tire specifications.

02

Record stock changes

Use controlled stock operations while retaining a history of quantity changes.

03

Work across the local network

Access the shared system from company devices connected to the local server.

04

Control user access

Define permissions by role and restrict sensitive operations to authorised users.

05

See low-stock alerts

Use stock thresholds to identify references that need attention.

06

Keep recoverable backups

Back up the database and uploaded files through the system’s maintenance tools.
