Copyright & Licenses

Ownership, reuse permissions and the licences attached to individual projects.

At a glance

  • Site content and the PFxamd identity are not a blanket asset library.
  • Client and third-party materials retain their respective rights.
  • Software reuse follows the licence of the individual repository.

Site content and identity

Unless otherwise identified, original writing, layouts, illustrations and the PFxamd name and visual identity are the work of PFxamd. Browsing this website does not grant a general right to reproduce its branding, artwork or complete page designs.

You may link to public pages. For other uses of site content, request permission unless a specific licence or an applicable legal exception already allows the use. Do not imply endorsement or present PFxamd work as your own.

Client projects and third-party materials

Client names, logos, images and other supplied materials retain the rights of their respective owners. Their appearance in a case study does not grant permission to reuse them. Rights in commissioned deliverables depend on the relevant project agreement.

Fonts, libraries, icons, photographs and other third-party components may carry their own licences and attribution requirements. Those terms continue to apply; this page does not relicense them.

Software licences are project-specific

A link to source code is not a universal permission to reuse every part of a project. Read the licence, notices and asset documentation in the exact repository and version you intend to use. A code licence may not cover trademarks, editorial images, client assets or separately licensed dependencies.

Apache-2.0 licences were identified in the Image Studio, Rename X, Image Inspector and Password Lab repositories when this page was prepared. Follow the actual licence and notices in the relevant repository. No licence is assigned by this page to another project, and an absent licence should not be treated as a blanket open-source grant.

Concept work and screenshots

Independent concepts are presented as design and development explorations. Their screenshots document the original interfaces. The ability to open or enlarge an image does not by itself grant a licence to reuse it or its underlying assets.

Permissions and rights concerns

For a reuse request, include the page or material, the intended use, where it will appear and whether it is commercial. For a rights concern, identify the relevant URL, the work concerned and a way to contact you. PFxamd will review the request and respond through the contact channel below.
