About these terms

These terms describe use of pfxamd.com, published by Ahmed under the PFxamd name in Morocco. They cover the portfolio, journal and on-site demonstrations. Separate applications, repositories and third-party services may provide additional terms or licences.

Permitted use

You may browse the site, follow its links and use its available interactive features for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability or security, distribute malicious code, or use the site to violate another person's rights.

Use only files, text and other material you are entitled to use in tools. You remain responsible for your inputs and how you use, publish or distribute the resulting output. Copyright permissions for the site and source code are explained on the Copyright & Licenses page.

Tools, examples and output

Tools and demonstrations are provided as available. Some are experimental or labelled Alpha or Beta. Capabilities, browser support and behaviour can change. Review output and keep copies of important original files; browser storage can be cleared or unavailable.

No guarantee is made that every output is complete, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose or compatible with another service. Verify important results, including colour contrast, generated codes, file conversions and security-related output, before relying on them. A specific software licence may set additional or different warranty terms.

Concepts and portfolio projects

Projects identified as independent concepts are creative demonstrations. Their brands, products, events and interfaces do not represent an offer to book accommodation, place an order, make a payment or receive a real service unless expressly stated otherwise.

Client projects are presented as portfolio work. Their operators control their own websites, services, prices, policies and availability. A portfolio description does not make PFxamd the operator of a client's business.

Professional services

Sending an enquiry does not create a project commitment. Scope, fees, payment, delivery, maintenance, confidentiality and the transfer or licensing of deliverables must be agreed separately for each project. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

External services

Links are provided for convenience and context. PFxamd does not control third-party availability, content, security or policies. Use the terms of the external service or application you choose to open.

Availability and responsibility

Reasonable care is taken in presenting the site, but content and tools may contain errors, become outdated or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and demonstrations are offered without additional warranties, and PFxamd is not responsible for indirect loss or loss arising from reliance on unverified output.

Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not override a separate signed agreement or the rights granted by a software licence.

Changes and questions

Features and content may be updated or withdrawn. Revisions to these terms will be published with an updated date. Questions about use, permissions or a problem with the site can be sent to the contact address below.
